Remember, you can always contact your bank and dispute the transaction. Don't let these companies take advantage of you and give you horrible customer service.
Made a purchase and then found out that it takes them 72 hours to ship your order. Waited 72 hours and my order was not shipped.
I asked for an update on my order, did not hear back from them, then asked for a refund. Days later they tell me that they apologize and will be shipping my order out today (which did not happen) even though I asked for a refund.
Worst customer service. There are much better online vape supply companies out there, such as Electric Tobacconist, but unfortunately, they ran out of my vape juice so I had to order from West Coast Vape Supply. Never again.
Take your business elsewhere.
Package never arrived. After 11 weeks, got a partial refund, not full. They have ignored emails regarding a full refund.

Unfortunately you have to leave at least 1 star, they do not deserve it. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, I was assured it will be shipped in 2 days through USPS. THEY DOT ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS. I AM DONE TRYING, I'LL LET CHASE DEAL WITH THEM.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I have ordered from them 3 times. Every time the order takes several weeks to ship. They do not have an actual customer service dept at all. They lgnore all emails and voicemails ( yes voicemail) they do not have a phone number that is ever answered. This time I forgot that I had terrible experiences with them in the past and accidently ordered again from them. When I complained in email form to their customer service email they once again never emailed back. Furthermore after complaining that they hadn't even shipped the order after taking the money, weeks later they created a shipping label to appear as if they were shipping it but never did. I firmly believe they are purposefully not shipping it now because I complained. I have filled a complaint with the better business bureau and found out they have over 90 registered complaints relating to shipping, filling orders, and refunds.
Vape juices come within a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with this company.
Ordered Custard Monster Blueberry, received Jam Monster Blueberry. Contacted customer service, received a gift card for the amount of the mistake. Had to pay for shipping of the correct item, no big deal right? They sent the same wrong item, again. No answer from customer service/support this time. Its been three days. Shop elsewhere, this place sucks.
Never received my package and no communication from this company. Disappointed as they used to be good. Terrible how they will take your money and run.
EDIT TO PREVIOUS REVIEW:
I was able to contact customer service on Facebook messenger. They told me they were out of a particular juice I had ordered, which is why the order hadn't shipped. There was no way I would have known the cause of the delay otherwise, so be sure to contact them if your shipment is delayed. I think that's a poor system.
Once I changed my selection, my shipment arrived promptly in a few days, just like it used to. No issues there.
Upgrading to 3 stars for quick resolution of the issue. I would rate them higher if they didn't keep their customers in the dark about delayed orders.

Seems to be going downhill lately. I've used them several times in 2020 for juice orders, and I would get them at my door within just a few days with standard shipping (even one placed on Wednesday before Thanksgiving showed up the Monday after!)
However, now they send a disclaimer that they are taking up to 72 hours to process an order before it ships. Placed my order 2 weeks ago (same juices I always order) on 12/23, still has not shipped, no updates. I get that it's during the holiday season, so I allowed the extra time through today before posting this.
I'm reading these other reviews and it seems to be an overall problem, which is sad because this place was so dependable.
I have reached out to them today. If they can resolve my situation appropriately, I will update my review out of fairness. Otherwise, I'll be sure to provide further details on getting a refund and alternative vape juice options.

TERRIBLE! So I’ve been ordering Vape supplies online for years and decided to do some research about other companies and the best places to order from as far as shipping speeds, product quality, and customer service goes and that’s how I came across WCVS. I ordered about $100 worth of product and then shortly after got an email saying it takes 72 hours to process orders. Well 6 days passed and my order still hasn’t shipped. I emailed their customer service twice with no response. I called several times and never got through to anyone. After 9 days I received an email saying the items I ordered were out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund, so I quickly replied stating YES I WANTED A REFUND. I never heard anything back, never received a refund, instead, 16 days after I placed my order I got an email stating my items shipped even though I asked for a full refund. It’s now been 6 days since I got an email stating my emails were shipped and when I track the package there’s been no updates. Just says it’s “awaiting tracking info”. For SIX days. Save your time and money and order from elementvape.com, directvapor.com, or eightvape.com
I've been ordering from west coast vape for quite a while, I always receive great prices and fantastic service, can't say enough! I ordered on the 22nd and on the 27th, it's at my door!! Thank you!!

Have not had any problems with this company. They have be very good communication wise and I have gotten all of the items that I have ordered.
This is by far the best site to buy vape stuff from online. With Covid going around , Their shipping was still excellent. They do use a service that does not ship on Saturdays unless you specify paying for that method. It gets here on time every single time. I love doing business with them. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid vape supplier!!!
